I Know How to Build Your Business
The proven best way to build a business is through word of mouth. The catch 22 is that you can’t get people talking about you if you don’t take the time to build the relationship with them and get them to know, like and trust you.
In my opinion one of THE most important aspects of building a strong foundation towards a successful business is by being authentic to who you are, what your passion is and attracting clients that believe in you and what you stand for and don’t expect you to be what you are not. Some call this authentic marketing, some relationship marketing and others heart based marketing. Call it what you will, but I believe it is the BEST way to grow the business of your dreams.
I’ve Been There …
I searched for years trying to find what I always felt was missing from my business. I had taken several classes and learned from the school of “hard knocks” how to market my own business, but it just felt “fake” to me. Join referral based networking groups, conduct sales calls, send out sales letters … it felt very, very cold to me. I quickly began to realize that I wasn’t marketing with my heart and because of this I started to lose my passion.
It was when I took a step back and realized that this was MY business and I could market it how I wanted. I didn’t have to follow a cookie-cutter mold. That wasn’t me and because of this it definitely wasn’t working for me.
When I started marketing with my heart and being authentic to myself and my values and stopped trying to be what I wasn’t, it was then that I was able to really see my business start to explode. I was building relationships first and worrying more about giving my clients what they needed and wanted and worrying less about the sales.
It was then that I realized I needed to get out there and start showing other business owners how they too could learn to market their business while remaining authentic to who they were. My goal is to work with my clients (whom I call partners) to create a marketing master plan that would allow them to build relationships that allowed them to build the business of their dreams.
Many times I am asked why my partners marketing isn’t working and I have found that when someone’s marketing isn’t working it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
- Lack of knowledge or how to market their business effectively
- Lack of time to build while at the same time maintaining their existing business
- Absolutely no motivation because marketing isn’t an area that they have an expertise or a desire to utilize their efforts
- Fear, resistance and procrastination
- Inability to see how allowing themselves to be authentic can be possible while at the same time marketing and growing a successful business
I absolutely LOVE marketing and all things marketing and this is why I have focused my business on helping other businesses achieve the results they are looking for while remaining true to themselves.

In 2006 I began my business as a Virtual Assistant and I have tried many things and played with many, many marketing strategies (some successful and others not so successful). I have learned from experience and I have helped others that are struggling to find the success they are looking for and I can help you too.
Many of my partners began to call me the “IDEA PERSON” because I am able to help them see what seems to be right in front of them. I am able to take a step back and see their business where it is today and help them map out a plan for getting them to where they want their business to go. I make their dreams come true.
For many, they have had a simple CONCEPT, something they knew they wanted to bring to the world, but they weren’t exactly sure how to make that happen. Many had started, but fell short the minute the next best thing came around guaranteeing them lots of sales and ultimately MONEY!!
I heard it over and over again, they had a library of information products on their shelves, a binder full of ideas and concepts, (many half started) and a desire to make a difference. It was when they partnered with me that I began to make those dreams come true.
It was at this point that I began to transition myself from the role of Virtual Assistant to Marketing Strategist and I started concentrating solely on my passions; helping others to move their ideas and concepts to completion. What makes me different is I don’t just tell you how to do it, but I hold your hand and walk you through the process.
